Meetings

MCWC executive meetings are held online every two months, with the exception of the general meeting: February, April, June, August, October and December.  Everyone is welcome to join in and participate, but only executive members are able to make motions and vote.

The Annual General Meeting is held in in September.  All members are invited to particpate, but only regular and life members may make motions and vote. The quorum for the Annual Meeting shall be ten percent (10%) of the Regular and Life members in good standing. Only Regular and Life members may vote at this meeting.

Special meetings may be called by the President or by a majority of the members of the Executive who are present at the Executive meeting. The Special Club meeting may also be called by the Secretary/Treasurer upon receipt of a petition stating the subject of said meeting and signed by ten percent (10%) of the Regular and Life members in good standing.  The quorum for a special club meeting shall be ten percent (10%) of the Regular and Life members in good standing. Only Regular and Life members may vote at these meetings.

Our next meeting will be held on Monday, February 13, 2012, using our Chatzy room. Anyone wishing to join in can send an email to Joanne Gervais, JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING and she will get an invite sent to you with all of your login information. The meeting times are as follows:

6pm Pacific
7pm Mountain
8pm Central
